Shown here in before-and-after configuration; an existing commercial building, an amalgamation of two former houses, is proposed to be converted to provide residential accomodation.
A complete demolition and rebuilding retaining only the front wall is proposed to provide 4 flats with a total of 6 bedrooms.
It is standard practice for me to provide the architectural scheme, planning application, and structural engineering scheme for each of my projects. The Fanny Street project is not yet in its construction phase.
When it is complete, Fanny Street will be the 4th building on the Shared Vision Architecture Walking Tour. The tour is best accessed from Cathays Station; exit to Senghennydd Road and take a left for your first stop; Pinnacle Lettings. Take a right to Cogan Terrace, 128 Miskin Street is over the road, and Fanny Street is a short stroll to the North. (map by Google)
