No 2. Cogan Terrace is on the corner, with it’s garage on the ‘main drag’ of Cathays. Joe Miles had wondered for several years what could be done with it. A basement flat was considered.
Joe’s lettings agents; ‘Pinnacle’, had its office on Fanny Street, a couple of hundred yards further ‘out of town’. It was decided to move the lettings business to the busier street.
The conversion was finished in 2021, which allowed a further scheme to be developed for the former office on Fanny Street.
