Very close to Cogan Terrace, I designed this scheme for a derelict-after-death house.
The scheme provided 2 maisonette flats, with a total of 5 bedrooms.
A private garden and storge for bikes and bins is provided. This job represents the ‘bread and butter’ of my career. Total fees were £3500 including stewardship of the planning process and all materials for that purpose.
